We are proud of the work we do and of our record of successful projects--often "mission-critical" and "technically challenging"—and making a significant difference in the quality of people’s lives, enhancing their work place, or the critical-care they receive.

Much of the construction services we provide are "in-house and self-performed".  All subcontractors we use are pre-qualified, with excellent credentials.  We believe this provides us with tremendous advantage over our competitors, and provides our customers assurance that we will work seamlessly, as a team, to provide the highest quality workmanship and timely delivery at competitive costs.

HISTORY

CK Willett began his construction career in 1977.  His extensive field and management experience coupled with a "can-do" attitude are qualities we demonstrate on each project through our commitment to high-performance, professionalism and customer service.  Mr. Willett established the company in 1990 as a Painting and Drywall Contractor.  In 1995, the company grew to become a Commercial General Contractor, and by 2000 began performing all phases of commercial construction work.  We attribute this success and growth to our "putting the customer first" as key to everything the company undertakes.

Since its inception, the Company has performed on a variety of project types, from Hospitals, to Research Facilities, to SCIF rooms, to Army Barracks, to Office Renovations, and many others. Many of these projects were "mission-critical" within critical-care facilities, such as the "Warrior Transition Clinic" at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Mr. Willett is personally engaged on every project, supporting all company commitments, and ensuring every project is successfully performed.
